These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Camtom (“Service”), owned and operated by MyEpick OPC Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using Camtom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
Camtom is an all-in-one platform designed primarily for professional photographers. It provides tools including:
Camtom does NOT provide cloud storage. All photos are stored in your own Google Drive account.
To use Camtom, you confirm that:
Camtom uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication and login.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious activity.
To function, Camtom requires certain Google Drive permissions.
By connecting your Google account, you agree that:
Camtom does NOT read, scan, download, mirror, or permanently store your photos outside Google Drive.
However, when you share an event, album, or access link or QR code, you acknowledge that:
By continuing to use Camtom, you confirm that you understand and agree to this access and permission behavior.
Camtom is not a cloud storage provider. All photos, albums, and other media handled via Camtom are stored only in your own Google Drive, using the official Google Drive API.
By using Camtom, you agree that:
Camtom is a software layer that helps you modernize your traditional Google Drive photo sharing with better UI, access control, and face recognition AI. If Google changes their policies, pricing, storage limits, or API access for Google Drive, Camtom will not be responsible for providing replacement storage.
In such a case, any active Camtom subscription will be treated as a subscription for our CRM and workflow services only, and not as payment for storage. We do not sell or include storage capacity as part of any plan.
Face recognition and other automation features in Camtom are optional. By enabling these features, you consent to:
Selfies or images uploaded by guests for matching are processed solely for that purpose and deleted immediately after matching is completed. Camtom does not store biometric templates, embeddings, or long-term facial identifiers beyond what is required to provide the features.

As a photographer, studio, or account owner, you agree that:
Photographers control how and with whom photos are shared via Camtom.
Guests (clients, friends, event participants) may request removal of their personal data or access. If a guest contacts Camtom directly, we may check with the associated photographer and, upon confirmation, proceed to remove or disable relevant access.

If you cancel or your subscription expires, your photos stay in your own Google Drive, but premium features, limits, and access may be reduced.
To request a refund, you must email support@camtom.in with full transaction details (date, transaction ID, payment method, and issue description). Each refund request will be reviewed individually and approved at our sole discretion, within the scope of applicable laws.
We may update, improve, or discontinue certain features or modules at any time in order to improve the Service. We are not responsible for service interruptions or limitations caused by:

Camtom is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
